I think some of the newly acquired CR casinos had to change it due to bonus abuse, fraud and high payment processing fees. I don’t think this lasted long and was many years ago.
Assuming you could combat bonus abuse and fraud properly, there are players who would easily grind out large payment processing fees simply by cashing in, getting paid by Neteller for example, depositing and repeating the process.
