Rtg is working on a

solution to fix this problem, and it should be done by the end of Feb.

What happens is good players are given cash back at the end of the month, that they may cash out or play.
If the money goes in as bonus money, the system will not let the player cash it out.
So they have to enter the money as Manager. On the flip side, when the player plays the money back you get the rev share for it.
We can switch you to a % of the deposits until this is fixed. Just shoot me an email and we can set up something.
