this is just a dodgy way to get links and everyone knows it.. the fact that you encode the urls is testament to the fact. If the urls were actually to the blog designers homepage I would have no issue and wouldn’t have mentioned it.. I know google would have a problem with this.. it’s not exactly whitehat now is it.
you should point this out to people initially imo.
