Superior, Pantasia, Simonsays, Vegas Sky, …can’t make an honest assessment as we have not sent them enough traffic to measure anything.
Be mindful that the big MGS groups have been in business for much longer than these guys, and have been able to throw more resources at retention and service, and refine their processes over years and years. Hence the retention is generally better at most these big groups. Hopefully this changes and the Rivals catch up (Please).
