I am just reviewing your TC and found a point I don’t really understand:
5.1. This Agreement is in effect for a period of one (1) year (the “Term”) with additional one (1) year extensions at Affiliate Arena partner’s option. If Affiliate Arena partner elects to exercise this option, the option as exercised must be addressed to Affiliate Arena in writing, no later than forty five (45) days prior to the expiration of the Term. The expiration notifications should be sent in writing, at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the term.
What does it exactly mean? If the agreement ends in 1 year, then our players don’t belong to us for life?
