I think Micro is pulling out. I know when I inquired about purchasing a microgaming back in the day they made me sign a non disclosure and a noncompete agreement. I am sure microgaming is forcing licensees to keep quiet by using similar agreements and any breach in this could be enough to have the software rights revoked.
As to why micro is doing this your guess is as good as mine.
