Three problems with that one:
1) It rules out the ladeez. Well, most of them anyway.
2) You’d have the same winner year after year. Kentucky.
3) It’s sexist. You’d have to have a “biggest tits” competition and I’m not sure Frist and Beshear would turn up to collect.
Finding judges shouldn’t be a problem though
