Hi B.

Am not sure how to respond to this.

I could say that in the two months that you were contracted you brought a total of approximately eight affiliates – but I am not going to.

I could say that your total turn over while under contract amounted to $0.00 – but I am not going to.

I could say that you created the impression that you were to work full time, but it landed up being a part time job for you – but I am not going to.

What I am going to say, is that I have always been in contact. I have never not responded to a skype, an msn or an email.

I was most accommodating in every aspect of understanding that you have health issues and a full time job.

I agreed and provided for, all the promo’s that you wanted to run with zero return.

We agreed to end the contract but not the relationship. On a personal level I like you very much and feel completely betrayed by this post.

I think it is unjust, unfair and yes, sour grapes. All the issues relating to your payment have been honest ones, if they were not it would have been easier to just ignore you completely.

I could also argue that you did not deliver on your promises or your contract and therefore demand a reduction in your fees – but I didn’t.

It must also be said that at no point did BD approach you. You approached BD with lots of promises and the only one that you actually fulfilled was putting a page up on your site.

I also find it amazing that not once was it a secret as to which software provider BD uses. As T rightly says, all documentation and money was paid before the scandal broke. But that made no difference to you at all. In fact you even know the staff there personally and saw that as a major positive. Now, all of a sudden you are raising this as a major issue and trying to make out like you are an ethical saint?

As far as PYP is concerned – it operates completely separately from Big Daddy and operates from the UK – but you know this. You also know that PYP is bigger than BD. It is certainly bigger than you. You also personally know a lot of people that are involved in PYP.

People that you trust.

And people that used to trust you.

You mention that you don’t want to turn this into a post war. No one does. Yet you felt the need to post this on every forum that you could find. This is not about PYP, this is not about BD, this is all about your money. Your money will be there B. Money that will reflect in your bank account which you and I both know that you did not work for. Money paid for services not rendered. The figures speak for themselves and do not lie.

Pimp-Your-Poker is going to be fantastic. In your own words, “…It will be good for the industry and for all concerned.” The affiliate system that we have implemented there was even recomended by you!

I hope that this time you do stick to your word. That when the money arrives in your account that you do make a full retraction. You know how many people have put their heart and soul into making pimp-your-poker a reality. This has been a global effort. A global effort by affiliates, by poker players and yes by an operator.

Posts like this do nothing for the industry, do nothing for Poker and certainly do nothing for your reputation or the business that you are trying to build. Other operators will see these posts and be very wary (thats free advice btw). You would be better off spending your time and energy into working for your current clients and giving them a ROI.

I have said my say in response to all that has been going on. Your money will arrive soon enough and I Look forward to a positive response and to setting the record straight.

Here’s to Poker. Here’s to players. And here’s to all those that poured countless days and nights for months into making Pimp-Your-Poker a reality.

I look forward to celebrating your success in the near future as well.
