Hi, my affiliate manager is Thomas almekias siegel, and he told me I need an documnet that i have to fill out with all my details and with my MB details, and then i have to print , scann and send it back…I never herd about that from another affiliate mangern that I have to do only to get my payment on MB, maybe u can check ..and give me your cintact details , like skype, icq or msn ?
