It doesn’t matter what evidence is given or shown. A judge almost always has a predetermined decision made up before the case has even started. It’s human nature.
Its like someone fighting a speeding ticket, who will the judge listen to the cop or the guy with the ticket? It doesn’t matter who is right or wrong.
So the judge decided beforehand he wanted this to move on to the next stage. It doesn’t mean we have lost yet just that he didn’t want it to be thrown out.
And as for censorship and all that stuff the USA is as guilty as China, but they pull it off much more gracefully.
