last night was such a bad one.
could not sleep well.
today i cannot drive to work, i have to stay at home.
the kids went to school an i am now allone at home, and all the bad feelings coming up.
never i was in such a situation. It is ashaming and i feel like i have fever.
wish i could get some help.
