Free bank wires. Paid out by the 7th of the month. 
I prefer this method because it’s automatic and you don’t have an ewallet in the middle of the transaction charging outragous fees ($30 a withdrawal or 1% with a $150 max. to get paid).
I also like Western Union and Money Gram as an option just in case I want my money asap and not wait 10 days on a bank wire.
