I don’t think it makes difference, at least one of my site use no-cloaking, the other one doesn’t, and I can’t see much difference regarding SE traffic/ranking/etc.
Though if you do cloaking (that is you make a visit-ABC-casino.html file with a redirect in it, it would be a wise move to robots.txt disallow following these files (or put them in a directory and just disallow the directory itself), as they can be a warning for google because of an excessive redirect.
