After double checking a player can live outside Hong Kong and still bet with us in HKD :wink-wink
Hong Kong has been removed from our authorized list since the end of last year. The latest territory we placed on our excluded list are players from the German Federal State of Nordhrein Westfalen (in March i believe). All relevant players have been contacted to tell them they need to withdraw their balance from their account as they would not be allowed to place any further bets at bet365.
