This morning has been an understandably trying experience for us. We have done our best to track down Moniker and we have finally resolved the issue. While Moniker successfully accepted our transfer, they ignored our request to confirm that the records were setup properly, and proceeded to update the MX records while pointing the A Records to their own server. We would have caught this earlier but as we’re located in Israel, this all occurred in the middle of the night and we became aware of it just this morning. There should be no further issues with our domain from this point forward as it has now been successfully moved.
