But seriously, Peralis is right, the more publicity these kind of copycats get, the better. There could be one who tries this, but I don’t think after getting caught he will continue. I don’t think you can do any preventive thing about it, whatever you try they will damage your SE listings (=they damage your business) with the copy, and everything you can do is happening after the theft.
It’s a difficult fight, but together as a community (affiliates and the affiliate programs) you can achieve more
