Hi all,

I have tried forex using PPC campaigns and frankly can’t compete although I didn’t really get far into it.

I put up a link on a couple of gambling sites that said if you’re worried about gambling online from the states consider forex. (edited to add: no, not much interest from the gamblers).

I think anything you invest money in hopes of getting a return that is higher than your original investment is gambling because it almost always involves risk. Just a matter as to how much?

There are certainly accountants who would tell you that the odds of getting back your investment plus show a profit on opening an eating establishment are much worse than they would have been if you’d just bet that money on a football game or a flip of a coin.

So what is really gambling?

I think perhaps the bigger point is that investing is not entertaining, therefore it is not attractive to those that gamble at casinos because they are there in effect seeking entertainment, not for investment.

*forex – you risk your money on whether the currency of your choice is going to be worth more or worth less in the coming future.
