I’ve been in contact with Nicole today and yesterday. I’m thinking that things may be a little hectic right now, but I don’t think it’s anything to worry about.
They recently had to change payment methods for US affiliates and I’m sure that is the priority right now so that come pay day we all have our money. 
The communication can be a little slow, but hopefully that will get better soon.
