Hey Guys!!!

Sorry for the non-response from my side, but we just came back today from a 4-day holiday weekend. :clapper:

So, now let’s get down to business…..

FictionNet – the difference between the Earnings Report and Banner and Link Stats report is most likely this:

B+L report only gives stats for banners and links where you used our served code (ie. http://www.brightshare.com/……). Any stats for a code you made up (ie. http://www.allslots.com?bTag=asaff9999) will not show up in this report.

Earnings Report – shows stats for ALL your tagged players irregardless of whether they used a served or non-served code.

Therefore…. in this case, a player who purchased twice, apparently came into the casino with a tag as a result of clicking on a non-served code.

There would be a serious problem if the stats were reversed – if your B+L report showed more activity than your Earnings report. If this ever happens, “run – don’t walk” to let us know.

stemat – a “fraud” player is one where the processor has closed the player account for some questionable activity – very often a chargeback, but can be a variety of reasons.

Net Revenues -25 – this most likely represents a bonus the player was granted. Could also be a winnings from a free slots tournament. The -6 is your revshare 25% of that. Total Earnings = 0 because we don’t carry over a minus (unless it’s the result of a chargeback) – so that the -6 in fact becomes 0 because we don’t take that 6 back from you.

casinotime and bb1webs – thanks for the support guys! And the help in explaining our reports in my absence.

Inspiration – way to go with your 2nd purchasing player.

Everyone – if you feel more comfortable with it, try NO BS – this is how we prefer to refer to ourselves!!!

Later – Marcia
