Thank you for the feedback and explanation.
For what it’s worth, there was no attempt to create two accounts. In fact, this is an excerpt from our review of what happened when we tried to create a new account:
“We registered our new player account and attempted to log in, only to be told that our username did not exist. We know this wasn’t correct because we’d registered only a few seconds previously! We tried twice more and were unceremoniously kicked out of the games software.
We decided to try again. We did this, and registered as a new player again. This time when we tried to log in, it worked. And the software appeared to have been installed successfully. In fact, we noticed that we now seemed to have TWO installations on our PC – one called Cirrus Casino and the other Cirrus Casino UK.”
It’s a bit worrying that the US$ account was created as as US$ and not UK£ account. And more so that it was not tracked to my aff account – as I only visited the casino website via the same link, being as follows:
http://www.gamblingwages.com/lndpag.aspx?usrid=7237&lndId=18
Now, that’s the only link I ever pulled from your system. It takes me to the UK version of Cirrus Casino so any download or registration that followed from visiting that link should have been done as UK£.
I do appreciate you taking the time to look into all of this but – I gotta be honest with you – there’s an awful lot going wrong here.
