Still in very early stages of testing here and I have a stats question.

If a no deposit bonus of $25 is credited to a player, who then goes on to lose it all, should the referring affiliate’s balance then be zero as no money has been won or lost?

Hi, wanted to get you a quick answer to your question. If a player referred by an affiliate makes NO deposits, they simply take a no-deposit or free chip bonus, and plays it and loses it all, the referring affiliate’s balance should be zero – since as you said correctly, no money has been won or lost.

If you have a specific experience that is otherwise, please make sure you let me know asap. Please email me directly at [email protected] if you have any other questions, or experience any issues.

All best,
