As far an I understand it – each of the Ladbrokes streams (sportsbook, Casino, Poker, Games) are actually run seperately and in different physical locations.
So each commission is negotiated and paid seperately still (although I note that poker and Casino can pay together).

As far as tracking – that’s a pretty vague description – and I doubt whether anyone will be able to identify whether your problem (as described) as been isolated and fixed.
We’ve generated over 1,600 sportsbook users to Ladbrokes so far – and 100 casino players – and deliver over 1,000,000 tracked impressions a month …
… so all I can say is that the Ladbrokes tracking is certainly working a lot.
