Just a suggestion… why don’t you try their toll free number? I’ve called that number a few times when I needed something important, usually payment related. Everytime I called they answer the phone as “Marketing” and it’s been Vanessa (or Nicolas/Natalie in the past) that answers. They were able to help me right there on the spot.
