Thanks Prof. I have emailed them. No reply as of yet.
I can log into my account and go all the way through the withdrawel process. I hit enter, then it processes… only to get an error next and the message telling me the above.
Odd thing is, I did a successful withdrawel earlier this morning, no problem.
