Ok Guys I have heard back from the Euro Partners team and below is a partial quote from their response:

We have tried contact him via phone and email. The misunderstanding is because of the inability for payment history to update automatically.
We must do this manually and with so many active affiliates we have problems with this – but this will all be fixed in the coming months.
