Pardon me for saying so but this is absurd. As you all know that we do pay on time and that is why the top/most affiliates in the industry are working with us, and we are prominent on their sites. This is because we convert well and payout on time!
Lenny, if you want to work this out then answer your emails and accept phone calls. Instead you changed your number in your account and don’t email back; and still make posts even after we provided you with reference numbers to all transactions that were made.
The one minor problem we do have (that created this MISUNDERSTANDING) is that our “payments history” section must be updated manually and has been difficult to maintain with so many affiliates who are active! We are working on fixing this as there is always room for improvement. 99% of our affiliate are happy and this is why we are striving forward always! We are all about service.
To clear this up – if our payments team has not paid you or there is anything we need to fix please send me an private message and I will personally contact you to fix this immediately!
More than anything we do want to make each affiliate happy and pay them money that is owed on time.
