I’m sure it won’t pass but its good to actually see someone introducing such a bill. It wouldn’t mean a lot since it only applies to federal penalties but it would definitely be a step in the right direction and could encourage state’s to follow suit. I do see decriminalization happening sometime in the future but I’m not sure it will be in my lifetime.
