I think it’s wise for an AM to dabble into the affiliate side of things. It truly gives you a broad perspective of what things affiliates look for in order for you to do your job better.
I am redeveloping a site that makes/made practically no money. I will continue to work on it in my spare time. As in investing, you shouldn’t put all your eggs in one basket. I believe that to be true with income streams.
