If the sites stay online but players can not play they only get frustrated/confused by the affiliates who refers. So it makes no sense at all for keeping the phased out casinos IMO.
Just posting this on the CAP is NOT enough IMO, how about a sending a warning to ALL affiliates concerned?
The promos always reach ALL of us, the most important news does not.
I know what I have to do if this discission is irreversable.
