Update :
Guy logged into my host account from Vietnam.. Get the FTP login password and used the site migration tool from the new host to pukll all the data, as well as directluy access the SQL and copy.
Heres the trick part, my logion was in my yahoo account, first thing the host told me was others had this happen and it was traced back to people hacking into yahoo mail.. sure enough it was out there still
