CAP 2.0 allows certified affiliate members to review and rate the programs, so the results you see are completely objective! Affiliates can actually see how OTHER affiliates rate each one of our certified partners!
I dont think a lot of affiliates are aware of this yet as I dont see the flood of votes we expected. You can rate EACH partner via their certified program page. For instance lets take a look at Referback:
