You can kill all the fluff and take the simple phrase “the Prohibition” and it tells you what is wrong with it!
Prohibition of ANYTHING dont work! Once legal its a bitch to make it then illegal! History has proven this, in not only our Nation, but many others. Any sort of Prohibition dont work, all it does is create a “Criminal Class” that shouldnt be. This is one of the reasons they will never , ever make Hemp legal. Alot, including myself (and no I dont use), feel it should be. Tax it, control it, and propose laws on useage and it will be a good income for social programs in America. But (there is a but..) , once we do make it legal; if it does go askew, we can never make it illegal again. Period! This is why many legislatures out there who think it would be good legal. Won’t go there.
