well, can it be that the support team is not total up to date?

sportsbook.com the sister site to Playersonly.com which is USA only. Sportsbook.com is for the non USA players.
I signed up to players only and they closed my account, i went to live help and they said I had to sign up to sportbook.com as Im from the UK.
