Yes, manual traffic exchanges seem to work for sports books. I’m not having any luck with casinos, however. You want manual exchanges with at least 2,000 members. I use 3 exchanges daily and get at least 100 credits on each.
I agree that SEO also works. But, again on sports book promotions, not casinos. All my sites in the gambling field are based on content mostly.
I’m still hunting for the best casino method to promote.
