My concern is the lack of communication. There is no excuse for a company that deal with money to ignore a customer. Especially when the customer have funds remaining in the locked account and it’s one of the few methods availiable to me for payment.
I had the same thing happen with Neteller when I logged in outside of the country, but they opened my account within hours after I called them.
