To keep it nice and simple here are the instructions for setting up the pop-in.
[1] Go to http://www.referback.com/lead.html and copy the code
[2] Insert the code just after [here] or just before [here] in your code
[3] Edit the Aff tag from ‘Aff99999‘ to your affiliate id
[4] Screen capture the pop-in and email to your Affiliate Manager
PLEEZ:
-Copy and use the code as is *it is W3C compliant*
-Don’t insert it into a table tag
