I just reread my post and it seems as if I was referring to cross promotion. I wasn’t. This is how someone told me he caught VP stealing big accounts from him by urging players to open new accounts at the same casino without it being tagged to the aff. I.e. If the aff referred a player to Maple Casino they would send him an email to incentivise him to open a new non-aff tagged account at Maple Casino in order to receive a bonus.
Don’t ask me why they had to jump through this loop to achieve this. Normally you would suspect they have a geek do a few updates on the database to steal a whale but apparently in this case they had to resort to this more complicated scheme.
