Hi all,
as many know i am a firm supporter of Rewards affs/Casino Rewards.
I may have been guilty in the past of having my ads show up in places I never knew would show up there because I trusted PPCs and then later found out they were using unethical methods to gain clicks to charge me. And I think most know I’d never do anything intentionally unethical. And I appreciate the benefit of doubt. Perhaps give CR the chance to investigate because like with the PPCs …… I never dreamed they were doing something I wouldn’t aprove.
about CR/RA
they are top-notch in getting player satisfaction ….. though there have over the last 8 years been about 3 times i had to go to aff managers to find satisfaction. (one of those times was the poker room run by another group besides RA who simply use that software and then you run into having to deal with two separate entities …… one being RA which does their best to satisfy and the other *Prima …. the poker software provider …. which has a lot to learn in customer service. RA has to go thru them to get satisfaction so it takes longer but they have in the end always prevailed) – I also remind that customer service agents are small-time and often won’t …. or don’t want their superiors knowing there is a problem so they don’t above their position to get satisfaction but rather choose to just piss off players. if/when the management of CR knows about these people … they make the players happy and I assume deal with the stupid CS agent that was hiding their mistake or arrogance.
that is an amazing small number of situations which even then …. once I stepped in and contacted my aff mangagers ….satisfaction was always found for the player.
what must be recognized is that in almost all incidents i encountered and had to step in was …… a mis-understanding by the player and never a misleading matter on the part of the casinos.
Now that said. The ONLY problem I ever had with this group was they don’t cross-promote with aff tags when sending out CDs. A matter i on a personal note have chosen to overlook because I at least know I don’t get shaved and to counter-act the cross-promo that doesn’t include our tags is simply to ask my players to return to my site to choose their next CR casino.
now I may even be wrong about the lack of aff tags on cross-promos. At least I know my players aren’t being stolen and I stand behind that. I have large players that have been with them for years and they have had many chances to steal these players and do not. I know this for a fact in many cases though I can’t sit here and claim I know every single situation.
I just call them as I see them and I think CR is way above average as an aff program.
if I was shilling I’d surely not bring up anything negative. And as mentioned I have little to bitch about.
It does seem to take time to build a player base as for some reason they don’t convert perhaps as quickly as others ……. but in the same breath .. what you do convert …. seems to stay and I believe you are always given credit for these conversions and the income they make …. for the long run.
The staff is above most any others. You may think you have better aff managers somewhere else…… but I warn many “available” aff managers are there so easily to you because they can afford to be……. you don’t make any damn money with these programs and focal click really comes to mind as well as vegas partner and others i could go on and on about.
To summarize …… CR/RA has been a leader in attacking spammers, content theives and unethical behavior by unsrupulous affs.
Don’t throw out the baby with the bath water.
