You’re right, of course.
From September onwards, I put a disclaimer on the relevant pages to the effect that they were licensed by KGC (and therefore not applicable to UK visitors) and that the application was probably going to be accepted – at which point I’d remove the disclaimer.
Now, I’m up the creek!
I’ll have to remove all the content (or re-direct it) fairly quickly, unless I get some indication that they intend to move jurisdictions…
