To clear this up properly and tell the whole story, the original checks sent were not received, so I cancelled them and had them resent.. These checks again were not received, so I had them cancelled and resent again…
My guess is that the first check that ‘bounced’ was one of the ones that was cancelled.
The 2 checks this affiliate now has in their posession are the 2 most recent checks I had sent so there is no reason why they should bounce. If I had known earlier that the affiliate had these checks in their possession i would have advised to cash them earlier.
