Interesting question! To my knowledge, the tools like the Similar Page Checker or Copyscape (http://www.copyscape.com/) do not or cannot take the similarity criteria of the search engines into consideration. In fact, Similar Page Checker says on their homepage:
” The exact percentage of similarity after with a search engine may penalize you is not known, it varies from search engine to search engine, Your aim should be to keep your page similarity as LOW as possible.”
I am sure that search engines wont punish a site for using the names of the games exactly as found on a casino site. But what about: Get Your 320% welcome Bonus! or something similar?
It would be nice to have some clarification on this point.
