well i wouldnt promote doyles as i feel they screwed over affiliates when they gave FT all their players (when they could have been tracked to the affiliate too) and UB doesnt pay you for tourney fees.

Bodog -Accepts all US and good at cross promoting the poker to casino / sportsbook
Titan – these guys normally pay good cpa esp as you prob deal with them in casino
FullTilt – Accepts all US and good converters
PokerStars – Accepts all US
PartyPoker – i guess you should include these, just to have them there for show
