Basically, its trying to do what most banks are “Trying” to do now. Catching some, but not all. It’s a cat and mouse game; always will. All 50 pages are basically something they (Treasury Department) had to put release according to the UGIEA. It reads like it too; Half Hazard, and try to do your best to stop them.
