I run non-gambling ads from Casale. Depending on whether they get interest in your inventory, you can make from about 35 cents to maybe 90 cents per thousand banners. The also do popups (you set the time limit between popups) for several dollars per thousand.
They let you run their ads along with gambling (or so they said last year). The pay via paypal, the 23rd of the month.
