The banks are really wacky overseas. They COMPARE each and every signature on every doc and if one doesnt look EXACTLY like the others they kick back that Doc and want it resigned and notarized.
They also require articles of incorporation and other docs that a lot of operators arent terribly thrilled about sending in.
America aint perfect by a long shot but its a HELL of lot easier to do business here.
