5Dimes does well. I find Bookmaker and DSI slow as well, very little conversions. As for BetUS and Sportsbook, I would steer clear, they are just not up to stuff on payouts. Both are D’s at SBR. Im not sure why anyone would send their traffic to a D rated book.
