Same here.. I have a player at my forum that won and has been waiting for payout as well for quite some time.
She was told her winnings would be processed Monday – but the $$ is still sitting in her account. No answer to my emails from support or Jamie.
One more thing – has everyones “players” been transferred over to the new system? I have…. oops, make that had, over 300 registered players, now I’m only at around 60 or so. Shot a note off about that too, but no answer. I liked the new system, but not if all my players aren’t there.. lol
