I know of issues they had when they switched to a new affiliate program that did not work very well, but they have since changed back (kudos for them).
They did fall behind in payments several months ago, but as far as I know most are being paid.
I know that they do try to resolve the issues that I’ve emailed about. I would not always get a reply, but the funds would show up eventually.
