Paul,
While your explanation of how all of this works is accurate, you are forgetting to mention the part where you, Wager Profits, must provide accurate reporting to IA after someone registers an account or makes a deposit.
Your explanation does not explain my situation at all. FULL COMPLETE CODE was generated by the Wager Profits site right when you launched with IA. This complete code was used on my site in its entirety. Nothing was modified. IA tracked just under 200 clicks, and I had one of my partners, and a staff member test out these links. Neither was tagged to me. I did not have a single registered player or depositor. Not a single one from those initial links.
When I brought this to your attention, you tested my account, but you did so with new links that you created, not with the ones on my page. I had to ask you to test those in question. You then mentioned something about how I should not have links that go to an .exe file. I have no idea what you were looking at, because there were no such links on any page of my site. All links went to the the home page of Action! Poker.
It has now been several weeks since this was brought to your attention, and I still have had no direct contact from any of you since I first posted about this. There has been no explanation that you can back up. I have never had this problem with any other affiliate program that uses IA.
