Lots of casinos don’t offer a text link. I guess they just assume you will use the basic player link and, if there’s a banner number in the link, you just substitute ‘0’.
I still want to ask Aphrodite about this – it would surely make life easier than just inanely saying ‘visit’ instead of ‘download’.
